Dr. John Bailey has been involved in the public education field for over 29 years as a teacher, principal, and director. He currently serves as the Director of School Plants for Chesapeake Public Schools in Chesapeake, Virginia. He also serves as the CEO of the National School Plant Management Association and oversees professional development and training on a national spectrum.
