We’ll meet you where you are.

No matter where your district is in its journey toward operational excellence, we've seen it before and want to come alongside you to drive student success.

Pen & Paper, Email, and Phone

These tools are a great starting point for school districts early in their journey but become cumbersome quickly as the district and volume of maintenance requests grow.

We've worked with many districts that leveraged these tools before switching to FMX. We'll give you the guidance, templates, and training you need to apply our solution to your specific needs. We provide comprehensive training to your staff in a variety of formats, so even the least tech-savvy teammates become familiar with the software in just a few hours!

Spreadsheets

By using spreadsheets, your district has created a paper trail for all your maintenance tasks. This is great when you want to reference a specific request, but the plethora of files can be cumbersome to comb through and organize.

At FMX, we'll provide templates to input all your reactive and preventive maintenance tasks. These can be uploaded directly into FMX so you don't lose previous requests or miss a beat with your preventive maintenance plans.

AD Hoc Tools

Some districts string together multiple tools to manage their facilities, which often seems like a proficient solution. However, this strategy is challenging to scale and prevents districts from drawing insights from data analyses.

With FMX, one login is all you'll need! We'll give your team the training, guidance, and templates required to transition from your current system(s) to FMX. We provide comprehensive training to your staff to ensure everyone understands the benefits of an all-in-one solution and uses it to its full potential. The more your team uses the system, the better insights you'll draw from the data.

Inadequate Facility Management Solution

Nothing is more frustrating than barely getting by with an inadequate facility management solution. It can almost cause more pain than working with pen and paper if you can't rely on the system or the data it stores.

We've migrated hundreds of school districts from other systems and are confident we can successfully migrate yours. FMX's Customer Success Team will work with you to migrate data from your current system to FMX while providing your team with the training and support they need to get the most out of the system.

Standard FM system

The most fundamental component of a facility management system is maintenance management. This is a common point for districts to begin their journey if they aren't familiar with FM software, as it allows for gradual adoption.

Maintenance management is the bread and butter of FMX. We'll help you set up preventive maintenance schedules, create work request forms that match your intake process, set approval orders, and tie your maintenance into easy-to-consume reports and dashboards so you can make data-driven decisions. As adoption grows, you can layer in other functionality (like event scheduling, IT management, fleet management, and more) to optimize your operations further.

Cross-departmental system

Are you looking for an all-encompassing solution for your district? With FMX, you can manage maintenance, events, IT tasks, transportation requests, and more in one easy-to-use system. This is ideal for districts leveraging individual tools for each aspect of their operations that want to bring all of their processes under one roof.

The team at FMX will help you set up different user types for each department so that your staff only sees relevant tasks without providing access to confidential information. We'll ensure each member of your team understands how to leverage our software for their specific needs and can even set up multiple training sessions for different departments.

Elevated system

As your district's needs grow, so can your site's capabilities. Whether you're looking to forecast capital expenditures, optimize your energy consumption, or receive a comprehensive assessment of your facilities, we've got you covered.

FMX is dedicated to providing your district with top-notch customer service and support. You'll receive the guidance and resources you need to continue pursuing operational excellence because the FMX team is here to support you each step of the way.

FMX offered us a variety of things tailored to what we do. FMX would see us from beginning to end. We’re not left alone, it’s a process, and FMX makes sure that we get from A to B.

Their attention to detail is outstanding and the customer support is some of the best I have encountered. I have been in the maintenance business for 40+ years and I rate this among the best that I have worked with.

quote icon

We have a lot of trust in FMX at this point. We’ve dealt with many different people throughout this process, and every single one of them has been trustworthy. They know their stuff.

quote icon

Our staff loves FMX as a one-stop-shop for anything that relates to safer, cleaner school facilities. The reporting and accountability in FMX gives me a great peace of mind by showing that we are diligent with our efforts to provide a safe learning environment for all.

Extremely user friendly and amazing customer support! Every question we have had about the software has been answered quickly, and most often results in us getting more use out of it.

quote icon

I’ve never seen better customer service! The FMX team made the switch easy by managing the migration processes for our existing systems, training our staff, and ensuring every detail was accounted for. And when we reached out for help, we received it immediately or within an hour.

quote icon

The transition from our other system to FMX could not have been smoother and easier. The team at FMX are experts in the needs of school districts like ours.

quote icon

FMX is just amazing. It’s making my life so much easier because I don’t have to contend with all that paperwork anymore. Instead of a separate calendar for every school, I now have a central calendar that tells me who is using what building, documents the equipment they may need, and monitors the quality of the services (maintenance, food, etc.) we are providing.

quote icon

I encourage every school district to consider FMX. They are by far the best all-around choice and have a commitment to customer success that no one can touch.
