About Ethan

Ethan Day manages FMX’s Customer Support team and possesses more than five years of experience providing effective solutions for customers in the SaaS and Information Technology industries.

Ethan joined FMX in September 2018 as a Customer Success Specialist. He was promoted to the Customer Success Specialist - Tier 2 role in April 2019 and elevated to the position of Manager, Customer Success - CSS shortly thereafter in June 2019.

Prior to joining FMX, Ethan spent 1.5 years as an IT Help Desk Agent for maintenance product distribution company, Kimball Midwest, and 2.5 years as a Software Implementation Specialist for SaaS company, NaviGate Prepared.

Ethan is a 2014 graduate of The Ohio State University, and in his free time, he enjoys hiking and Cleveland sports.
