The People
Behind FMX

entity-09

Our team consists of engineers, software developers, and experienced business people who have come together to build a great software company focused on solving the needs of people.

Jeff Wilkins

CEO

With years of entrepreneurial experience under his belt, Jeff provides future vision for FMX along with business strategy, leadership, and mentorship for our talented team. An avid golfer, ex-pilot, storyteller, and country music lover, Jeff enjoys immersing himself in his passions and spending lots of time with his large family.

Brian Gregory

President & Founder

FMX without Brian would be like a ship without a captain. Even with a schedule packed full of managing, growing, creating, and connecting, Brian still finds the time to share his industry knowledge, make a great cup of coffee, and crack jokes with the team. After hours he enjoys trail running, reading, and going to live music shows.

Todd Mace

Advisor & Founder

An advisor, trailblazer, and mentor, Todd is a firm believer in leading from the front, never from the back. His industrious attitude dates back to his early years, where he worked in underground coalmines for extra money while attending Engineering College. On the clock, he helps to keep FMX effective and user-friendly. Off the clock, he enjoys golf and cycling.

Mitch Galehouse

Software Developer & Founder

With an enviable work ethic and unwavering persistence, Mitch always dives head first into designing, developing, scaling, and incorporating customer feedback in FMX. Outside of work, Mitch is either dominating friends in Fitbit challenges, playing sports with the neighborhood kids, or exploring Cleveland on his motorcycle.

Morgan Murray

VP of Operations

Morgan, a.k.a. the FMX Guru, is responsible for managing the customer success team, assisting with day-to-day operations, and ensuring that FMX stays a well-oiled machine. She loves to stay busy by traveling and trying new foods. For Morgan, Sundays are for Korean tofu soup with kimchi and spending time outdoors, ideally at a music festival.

Mike Baker

Sales Development Representative

This uncle of 21 brings a fun, hard-working spirit to the FMX team. When he’s not talking with potential customers, he enjoys fishing, snowboarding and watching all sorts of TV shows from corny sit-coms to high-action series. So, if you need a suggestion for a show to binge-watch on Netflix, you know who to call.

Lindsey Dittmar

Customer Success Manager

Celebrating her birthday three days before Christmas each year has given Lindsey the cheerful attitude it takes to deliver great customer service. When she’s not answering support questions and importing data for FMX customers, this former OU Bobcat enjoys hiking, going to concerts, and binge-watching episodes of Parks and Recreation and The Office.

Katie Dye

Customer Success Manager

Fueled by iced coffee, nobody rocks a busy schedule like Katie. When she’s not spreading happiness to our customers by making their FMX-perience smooth as can be, she can be found playing one of the many recreational sports she enjoys. Her leftover free time is spent writing short stories or watching her guilty pleasure: The Travel Channel.

Dave Galehouse

Software Developer

If we have one thing to thank for Dave’s presence on our team, it’s the salmonella that stopped his competitive eating career in its tracks. We’re pretty thankful because without him we’d have more bugs and fewer features in our software. Nowadays, he channels his competitive energy by defeating opponents in sim racing and basketball.

Ryan Genn

Sales Development Representative

2-time NCAA volleyball champion, Ryan, ramps up the competition in the office thanks to his time as an OSU athlete. His competitive drive makes him the perfect person to discuss FMX’s capabilities with prospects and land demos for our Account Executives. Off the clock, you can find him listening to music or brushing up on his volleyball skills.

Alayna Giesting

Marketing Communications Specialist

Being a former vocalist and performer gives Alayna all the peppiness and positivity needed to assist the FMX marketing team. When she’s not crafting up blog or social media posts, you can find her eating tacos and burgers, traveling to new places or snuggling up with her cat to binge-watch Friends.

Taylor Grahl

Customer Success Specialist

Powered by her daily dose of mac n’ cheese, Taylor maintains quality care of our customers while keeping the FMX team on their toes with her energetic attitude. In her free time, you can find this sports fan at Huntington Park hot dog racing and throwing t-shirts as a member of the Clippers Promotion Team, or spending countless hours walking through Target.

Jamie Gregory

Marketing Director

Jamie is a marketing director, artist, teacher, fur mommy, and master note-taker – all rolled into one detail-oriented, coffee-loving package. Despite being trampled by a herd of sheep as a child, she’s still able to create and execute top-notch marketing strategies. When she’s not keeping the marketing ship afloat, chances are she’s trail running with her husband or practicing her guitar skills.

Zack Karshner

Customer Success Manager

Once upon a time Zack and his friend created a fake band with no musical talent. It’s that ingenuity that helps him on-board FMX customers and answer their support questions. When he’s not making everyone laugh at FMX HQ, he enjoys eating buffalo wings, listening to podcasts, and going to concerts.

Andrea Lindenmuth

Customer Success Specialist

Before starting her career with FMX, Andrea was a former schoolteacher for children with autism. Her kind spirit and fun energy are what make her a great fit for our customer success team. When she’s not answering customer support calls and emails, you can find her at the gym, on her patio relaxing with friends, or traveling.

Marianella Mace

Account Executive

Redheaded Venezuelan Gemini, Marianella, brings a boost of flair, style, and energy to the FMX team. When she’s not reaching out to potential customers and scheduling FMX demos, she loves globetrotting, learning new languages, and busting a move. She’s also a Chanel Makeup Artist, so whether you need a salsa partner or a professional makeover, she’s the one to call.

Mike Manuche

Account Executive

Mike brings the same optimism and drive to the FMX team that he brought to the Ohio State University varsity wrestling team. Whether he’s holding former Buckeye teammate, and fellow FMX co-worker, Josh Whitt in a headlock or tackling his next podcast episode, he enjoys challenging himself and others daily. When he’s not chatting with potential customers about how FMX can solve their challenges, he loves reading, especially George R.R. Martin’s, A Song of Ice and Fire.

Allison McGillivray

Product Marketing Manager

When Allison’s not using her writing talents to come up with great puns for her homebrewed beer (seriously, you can’t beat “Peach PiePA” or “Something Borrowed, Something Blueberry Pilsner”), she’s using them to keep FMX’s messaging in check. Outside of brewing beer with her husband, she enjoys cooking Italian food and hiking with her dog.

Katie Milantoni

Senior Account Executive

What do you get when you combine a love for animals, a heaping dose of wanderlust, and just a dash of organized chaos? Katie, of course! She’s got a knack for building relationships, whether it’s with prospects or the office dogs, and she can give a killer product demo. In her free time you can find her fly fishing or planning her next adventure with her dog Emmy by her side.

Kathryn Moore

Customer Success Manager

A lifelong lover of books and long walks, Kathryn’s official duty is to help new customers implement FMX as quickly and painlessly as possible. Her unofficial duty is setting the bar for eating healthy lunches and sharing good reads with the team. The keys to her heart are Tex-Mex and marathons of The West Wing.

Ben Oles

Software Developer

Ben is his name, full-stack development is his game. Well, that and Counter-Strike. If he’s not finding the best design for an algorithm or thinking about the impact that technology will have on humanity’s future, he’s probably playing chess, reading the Dune series by Frank Herbert, watching time travel movies, or chugging coffee.

Pat Rigsby

Senior Account Executive

If you see a guy jammin’ out in his car in Charlotte, NC, chances are it’s Pat. He excels at building strong relationships, educating folks on our product, and making people laugh. He also side hustles as a certified personal trainer, so if you need some workout advice you know who to call.

Andi Scarcello

Software Developer

Meet Andi, a former competitive swimmer who got banned from the monkey bars in elementary school for hogging them. She’s also a life-long vegetarian and although she doesn’t eat meat, she does have an appetite for improving the FMX software by programming new functionality and fixing bugs.

Kee Sern

Software Developer

Kee’s TV preferences include dramas from Hong Kong and Korea in addition to shows like The Big Bang Theory, reflecting the diversity he brings to FMX. When he’s not implementing bug-free algorithms and new features for FMX, he can be found playing badminton or Dota and analyzing the stock market.

Gerad Stephens

Sales Development Representative

When Gerad isn’t exploring Columbus on his motorcycle, this Buckeye fan can be found at the FMX office bringing the heat to cold calling in a down-to-earth and relatable way. This type of perseverance not only makes him a great asset to our team, but the best pianist in the office.

Brandi Templeton

Customer Success Supervisor

Disney fangirl and cupcake baker extraordinaire, Brandi maintains customer happiness with her incredible multi-tasking skills, and the team’s happiness with her soon-to-be-famous cake pops. When she’s off the clock, chances are she’s Pinteresting new craft project ideas or brushing up on her medical knowledge by watching reruns of her favorite show, Grey’s Anatomy.

Mike Ward

Senior Account Executive

If Mike had a dollar for every marathon he’s run, he’d have $6, which doesn’t begin to cover how much Mike is worth to the team. His years of industry experience combined with his first aid certifications don’t just make him a strong account executive, they also make the team feel a little safer. His perfect weekend consists of family activities, running, action movies, fishing, and carb loading for his next run or race.

Josh Whitt

Director of Business Development

In his earlier years, Josh got an eraser stuck up his nose and had to go to the ER to get it removed. Today he keeps his nose eraser-free and to the grindstone, going above and beyond to share FMX with the world. He’s got an entrepreneurial spirit, a peanut butter obsession, and an immune system that could take on the strongest infectious disease, considering his Magic Bullet hasn’t been washed since 1995.

Emmy

Team Mascot

Emmy, owned by Katie Milantoni, is responsible for the mental health and well-being of the FMX team. Her constant smile and wagging tail provide peace and harmony. She spends her free time swimming, chomping on ice cubes, snoring during meetings, and guarding the office from feral cats.

Siqua

Team Mascot

Siqua, owned by Brian and Jamie Gregory, protects the FMX team from the mailman and the occasional delivery guy. But, don’t let his intimidating appearance fool you, he’s actually a big baby at heart. When he’s not on guard he enjoys hoarding and chewing on bones, napping near Jamie’s desk, and invading everyone’s personal space during meetings.
