Inside FMX Capital Planner: Product Walkthrough

This session opens with a Capital Planning Scorecard check, a self-assessment to see where your organization stands and where to focus. It then shifts to spend the bulk of the time inside FMX Capital Planner, with a hands-on product deep dive covering how to build multi-year capital forecasts. This includes running scenario plans to compare funding levels, visualizing heat maps of fiscal year spending versus buildings to see where costs cluster, planning and tracking projects directly in FMX, and using asset replacement value to prioritize and defend plans.

This session is geared toward both existing FMX users ready to get their capital planning questions answered, as well as those who want to learn how FMX is more than a maintenance management system.
