The system’s greatest success is its role as a communication tool, where facility requests automatically notify all necessary teams (custodial, IT, maintenance) to ensure smooth event preparation and maintenance. FMX’s simple forms and centralized data allow the team to quickly assess issues and operate more efficiently and effectively.
