What user fields are added to FMX from Google Admin Console?
The integration will add a name, email, user type, assigned buildings, and a link to view the user in Google Admin Console within FMX. Organizations can choose to sync GAC user information to FMX as a user or contact.
What device fields will Google Admin Console add to FMX?
Device data from GAC will sync to FMX as Equipment. The integration will add a serial number/equipment tag, model name, 5 most recent users, and a link to view the device in Google Admin Console.
How are different Google Admin Console user and device statuses handled?
Users with a GAC status of “suspended” or “archived” will be deleted in FMX during the daily data sync.
Equipment with a GAC status of “deprovisioned,” “disabled,” or “suspended” will be retired in FMX during the daily data sync.
