Since using FMX, Saginaw County, Michigan Maintenance Department has seen a dramatic decrease in work order response time, from 5 days to less than one day. In addition, as a result of their ability to track maintenance, their invoice creation process has been reduced from 4 days to less than a few hours.
FMX is continuously updating and making improvements. FMX has been a great program for use in our Facilities/ Maintenance Department. It is very user friendly, and the customer support has been great at helping to customize the overall functionality for our organization. They are continuously updating and making improvements. Since implementing FMX, Cherokee Nation Early Childhood Unit has increased their work order completion rate by 67% without adding any additional staff. Now, each of their work orders is fundamental to the success of their program.
