We’ve also made it very easy to search the Help Center for a specific topic and email our customer support team directly if you can’t find the answer you’re looking for. You can either use the search box at the top of the Help Center or click on the red Help button at the bottom right corner of the Help Center:
After clicking on the red Help button you can search for a keyword or topic that you would like to learn more about (see below). Relevant support articles will be displayed and you will also have the option to click the red Leave us a message button if you would like to send a support ticket to our customer support team.
After clicking the red Leave us a message button you can simply enter your name, email address, question/request, and click Send (see below). You will then receive an email confirmation for your support ticket and our customer support team will respond right away.
